If my lender fails to accept my electronically signed and submitted data subject access request, I further authorise Reclaims 4 U Ltd T/A pcpcheck.com & reclaimcarfinance.com to submit a data subject access request to and correspond with the Information Commissioner’s Office on my behalf.

I hereby advise that wilful failure of the motor finance company to follow my express instructions with regard to dealing with Reclaims 4 U Ltd T/A pcpcheck.com & reclaimcarfinance.com, whom I have contracted with, may render the offending party liable to legal recourse in regards to the data subject access request.

Please take this letter as authority requiring you to deal directly with Reclaims 4 U Ltd T/A pcpcheck.com & reclaimcarfinance.com and to provide any information that Reclaims 4 U Ltd T/A reclaimcarfinance.com & pcpcheck.com requests. This authority will endure until further notice. A copy of this letter of authority shall have the same validity as the original.

All future correspondence should be forwarded to Reclaims 4 U Ltd T/A pcpcheck.com & reclaimcarfinance.com.

I confirm acceptance of this agreement and give full authority to Reclaims 4 U Ltd T/A pcpcheck.com & reclaimcarfinance.com to pursue my DATA SUBJECT ACCESS REQUEST.

Request for paper copies

You have the right to request paper copies of these documents signed by you electronically from [email protected]. Alternatively, you also have the ability to print these documents sent to you electronically. If you, however, wish to request paper copies of these documents sent to you electronically, you can write back to the sender.

Withdrawing your consent

At any point in time during the course of our business relationship, you have the right to withdraw your consent to receive documents in electronic format. If you wish to withdraw your consent, you can decline to sign a document that we have sent to you and send an email to [email protected] informing us that you wish to receive documents only in paper format. Upon request from you, we will stop requesting you to sign documents using our online electronic signature system.
