How PCP Check will help you

We offer this free check in order to ascertain whether the advice you received at the time your product was sold to you was suitable, before you decide whether you wish to make a claim. The service is completely free of charge and you are under no obligation to pursue a claim once this free check has been completed. You can cancel this free check at any time, at no cost, nor are you obliged to subsequently pursue a claim.

We will contact the appropriate third party to obtain copies of documentation relating to the sale of your product, where necessary and possible. You may need to provide identity documents to allow us to do this. 

Once the free check is complete, we will contact you with the results and provide our findings to you. You then may decide how you would like proceed.

We may advise that your case is more suited to litigation and may be better placed with one of our partner law firms, depending on the nature and complexity of the case. If so, we will contact you to discuss this and obtain your consent to pass any information to them. In this case, the partner law firms Terms and Conditions and Fees will apply and they will send those to you directly to read, sign and return to them.

You do not have to pay us anything, we will receive payment from our third-party law firms/solicitors for referring your case to them. PCP Check is not in any way responsible for the advice given or other work undertaken on your behalf by these third-party firms.

Alternatively, we may take on your claim directly and if you choose to use our expertise to assist you with your claim, we will send you our full Terms and Conditions for you to read, sign and return, which will detail our Fees for processing your claim.

Contacting Us

When telephoning PCP Check we inform you that calls may be recorded and used for internal training and regulatory compliance purposes only.

If you phone us between 10AM – 6PM Monday to Friday, you will be put through directly to a PCP Check specialist advisor who will be able to talk you through the claims process and any queries you may have. If you phone at any other time, you will be put through to our call centre where we will take your details and arrange for a specialist advisor to call you back during the times above.

Policy against abusive call

We operate a zero tolerance policy towards the abuse of our employees who have a right to carry out their work without fear of being abused. Malicious or abusive calls are a criminal offense under Section 43 of the Telecommunications Act 1984, and Business Energy Claim will not hesitate to report such acts to the police.
